The cleaving of the rectangular massing is applied due to site boundary constraints. Therefore creating a movement of a slimmer massing which allows ample light penetration into the building. Addition of curved massing on the bottom half of the building to correspond to Hikmah Exchange’s curved façade and to maximise floor area. Office spaces sits on the 1st – 9th floor and a hotel on the 10th – 22nd Floor.
